Commercial Fumigation for Offices, Warehouses and Stores: Scheduled, Safe, Documented

Warehouses with stored grain or paper, offices after a bed-bug complaint, hotels between seasons and restaurants before an inspection all book fumigation for the same reason: it treats the whole space at once, including places nobody can reach by hand.

For a business the job is as much about scheduling, re-entry times and paperwork as it is about the treatment itself.

Why it happens in Pakistani homes and buildings

Commercial spaces have ceiling voids, racking, stored stock and cable ducts that shelter pests. A scheduled fumigation outside working hours clears the building without stopping the operation.

Signs you need commercial fumigation

• Insect damage to stock, packaging or documents
• Complaints from staff or guests
• An audit, inspection or season change coming up
• A building being handed over or re-occupied

How Shield Agro does commercial fumigation

1. Site survey. We survey the premises, identify the pests and agree a written scope with your facilities team.
2. Scheduling. Treatment is booked for a night, weekend or closed day to avoid disruption.
3. Targeted treatment. Kitchens, washrooms, waste areas and stock zones are treated first.
4. Space fogging. Open floors, ceiling voids and storage areas are fogged with large-volume equipment.
5. Documentation. A visit report with areas covered and materials used is issued for your records.

What is included

What does commercial fumigation cost in Pakistan?

Commercial Fumigation is priced on site after a free inspection. Quoted per site after a survey, based on volume, stock, method and timing. There is no call-out charge, and the price we agree is the price you pay.

How to keep the problem from coming back

• Agree the date, the re-entry time and the areas before the day
• Clear stock from the floor where possible and label items that must not be treated
• Keep the service report on file
• Follow with scheduled visits so the problem does not return

Frequently asked questions

How long before staff can return?

For most offices and stores, treatment done overnight leaves the premises ready for the morning after ventilation. We confirm the re-entry time in the scope and can adjust the method for sites that operate around the clock.

Can you fumigate a warehouse with stock inside?

Yes, for general pests. Stock should be covered or spaced off the walls where possible, and food or pharmaceutical stock needs specific handling that we agree in the scope. Stored-grain fumigation is a different, specialist service.

Do you provide documentation for audits?

Yes. Every visit is documented with the areas covered and the materials used, and material safety data is kept on file. This satisfies the requirements of most food safety, hospitality and institutional audits.
