What this service actually involves

If you see cockroaches in daylight, the population behind your kitchen cabinets is far larger than you think. German cockroaches live in warm, damp gaps: behind the fridge, under the sink, inside the hob housing and in the motor of the water dispenser. Over-the-counter sprays scatter them into new rooms. We use professional gel baits placed exactly where they hide, backed by a crack-and-crevice treatment of the harbourage points and a residual application along runways. Bait is carried back to the nest, so the whole colony dies, not just the ones you see. Most homes see a heavy drop within a week and are clear within two to three, and we come back to check.

We do not publish dilution rates or dosages online. The correct quantity depends on the approved product label and on what the inspector finds at your property, and your applicator will confirm both before any chemical is mixed.
