What this service actually involves
Sofas and carpets hold dust, skin, food spills and, in many homes, dust mites and the occasional bed bug. Surface vacuuming does not reach it. We clean upholstery and carpet with the method that suits the fabric: hot-water extraction for most fabrics and carpets, low-moisture shampoo for delicate or non-colourfast pieces, and steam where sanitising matters, such as mattresses and children's rooms. Stains are pre-treated individually, the fabric is agitated, cleaned and extracted, and everything is left damp rather than wet so it dries within hours. The result is fabric that looks brighter, smells clean and holds far fewer allergens, done at your home without sending anything away.
We do not publish dilution rates or dosages online. The correct quantity depends on the approved product label and on what the inspector finds at your property, and your applicator will confirm both before any chemical is mixed.

How is it priced?
Sofas and chairs are priced per seat, carpets and rugs by size, and mattresses by bed size. Heavy staining, pet odour or delicate fabrics that need low-moisture cleaning are quoted on inspection. You get a fixed price before we begin.
How long until we can sit on it?
Most sofas are dry enough to use in four to six hours, carpets in six to twelve depending on ventilation and humidity. Keep fans on and avoid walking on carpet with outdoor shoes until it is fully dry.
Are the cleaning products safe for children and pets?
We use upholstery and carpet products intended for homes, and extraction removes most of the solution with the dirt. Keep children and pets off the fabric until it is dry, and tell us about allergies so we can choose a fragrance-free option.
