What this service actually involves

Every soil barrier weakens over time. In a finished house, renewing it means drilling through floors again. A reticulation system solves this: during construction we lay perforated piping in the soil under the slab and around the external perimeter, connected to discreet injection points at ground level. The soil is treated through the pipes at installation, and years later a technician simply connects to the injection points and recharges the barrier in an hour or two, with no drilling, no mess and no disruption. It is the standard approach for premium homes, apartment blocks, schools and hospitals where future drilling is unacceptable, and it costs far less over the life of the building.

We do not publish dilution rates or dosages online. The correct quantity depends on the approved product label and on what the inspector finds at your property, and your applicator will confirm both before any chemical is mixed.
