What this service actually involves
Not every crack or damp patch is termites, and not every termite sign needs a full treatment. An inspection tells you where you stand. We check skirting, door and window frames, cupboards, roof timbers, the base of walls, external perimeter and any place wood meets soil, tapping for hollow timber and looking for mud tubes, frass and damaged plaster. For homeowners the inspection is free and ends with a clear verbal summary and, if needed, a fixed quote. For buyers and landlords we also offer a written pre-purchase report with photographs, a risk rating and recommended actions, so you know what you are buying before you sign.
We do not publish dilution rates or dosages online. The correct quantity depends on the approved product label and on what the inspector finds at your property, and your applicator will confirm both before any chemical is mixed.

Is the inspection really free?
Yes, for homeowners in Lahore who are considering treatment. There is no obligation to book anything afterwards. A formal written pre-purchase report takes longer to prepare and is quoted separately.
How often should a house be inspected?
Once a year is sensible in Lahore, ideally in spring when swarmers appear. Homes with a previous infestation, timber floors or a garden touching the walls should not skip it.
What should I look for before calling?
Mud tubes on walls or foundations, paint that bubbles or sounds hollow when tapped, doors that suddenly stick, small piles of what looks like sawdust, and discarded wings near windows in spring. Any one of these is worth a call.
