Do we need to leave the house during treatment?
For a standard spray you only need to stay out of the treated rooms for the period the technician tells you, usually until surfaces are dry. Whole-house fumigation requires the house to be empty for longer, and we plan that with you in advance. Children, elderly family members and pets should be kept away from treated areas until they are cleared.
Is the treatment safe for children and pets?
We use professional products applied by trained technicians according to the label, and we tell you exactly which areas were treated and when they are safe to use. Fish tanks are covered, pet bowls and toys are removed, and food and utensils are cleared or covered before we start.
How often should a house be treated?
It depends on the pest and the season. Mosquito and general pest work is usually repeated through the warmer months, while a termite treatment is a one-off job with an annual inspection. We offer annual home contracts that schedule the visits for you and cover call-outs in between.
