Seepage and heat are the two complaints we hear most from Pakistani homeowners after termites. Waterproofing stops the damp patches, peeling paint and leaks that come from a roof, bathroom or tank — using chemical coatings or bitumen membrane sheets depending on the surface. Heatproofing applies a reflective, insulating coating to roofs and sun-facing walls so less heat reaches the rooms below, cutting air-conditioning load.
We treat roofs on houses, plazas and warehouses, and the top-floor apartments that get the worst of the summer sun. On new buildings we waterproof before the finishing so the problem never starts.

Chemical coating or membrane sheet — which is better?
It depends on the roof. Chemical coatings suit sound concrete roofs and are quick to apply; bitumen membrane sheets suit roofs with cracks, movement or heavy ponding. We recommend after seeing the roof.
How much cooler does heatproofing make a room?
A reflective roof coating noticeably reduces the heat reaching the rooms below on a sun-exposed top floor. The exact difference depends on the roof, the coating and the weather, so we do not promise a fixed number.
When is the best time to waterproof?
Before the monsoon. Dry weather is needed for the coating to cure, and the roof should be protected before the heavy rain starts.
