What this service actually involves

House geckos are harmless, but nobody wants them in the kitchen or dropping onto the bed. Lizards are in your home for one reason: food. They gather around outdoor lights, kitchen windows and bathrooms because that is where the insects are. Our lizard treatment therefore has two parts. First, a residual insect treatment around lights, windows and damp areas removes their food supply. Second, we treat the wall tops, ceiling edges, ventilators and gaps behind frames where they rest and lay eggs, and we seal the entry gaps we can reach. Lizard numbers drop steadily over the following two weeks as they leave to find food elsewhere.

We do not publish dilution rates or dosages online. The correct quantity depends on the approved product label and on what the inspector finds at your property, and your applicator will confirm both before any chemical is mixed.
