What this service actually involves
Termite protection is not a one-off event. Barriers weaken, gardens grow against walls, new timber is brought in, and colonies from neighbouring plots keep foraging. An annual plan keeps a trained eye on the property. We inspect at scheduled intervals through the year, treat any early activity on the spot before it becomes structural damage, top up perimeter barriers where they have been disturbed by digging or plumbing work, and keep a record of the property's termite history. For homes we have already treated, the plan keeps the barrier checked and topped up year after year. For homes never treated, it catches an infestation early, when treatment is smallest and cheapest.
We do not publish dilution rates or dosages online. The correct quantity depends on the approved product label and on what the inspector finds at your property, and your applicator will confirm both before any chemical is mixed.

Do I need this if my house was treated recently?
After a full treatment the follow-up visit checks the barrier, but a yearly inspection still catches problems earlier. Where the plan really matters is a few years on, when the barrier has aged and nobody is checking it.
How many visits are included?
Typically two to four a year depending on the property's size, age and history. We agree the number before you sign and write it into the plan.
What decides the price?
Covered area, the number of visits, whether the property has a garden touching the walls, and whether a barrier already exists. It is a fraction of the cost of a full post-construction treatment.
