Can you treat just my flat, or does the whole building need to be done?
We treat single flats all the time and get good results by focusing on entry points. But if neighbouring units are infested, pests will keep returning, so we will tell you honestly if a building-wide treatment through management is the better option.
How is a bed bug problem in a flat handled?
Bed bugs need a thorough approach: mattresses, bed frames, sofas, skirting and wall cracks are all treated, and a follow-up visit is usually needed to catch newly hatched insects. We will also advise on laundering and what furniture to isolate so the problem does not move to another room or unit.
Do you offer contracts for apartment buildings?
Yes. Building management can arrange a scheduled programme covering common areas, service ducts, basements and garbage rooms, with treatment of individual units on request. A visit record is provided after each service for the management committee.
