What this service actually involves

A contract makes sense once you have had one infestation and do not want another. We schedule visits across the year, treat proactively rather than reactively, and respond between visits at no extra charge if something appears. Each visit includes an inspection, the seasonal treatment that matters at that time of year (mosquitoes before monsoon, rodents before winter, termites in spring), and prevention advice after every visit. It is popular with families in larger homes, and with schools, clinics and restaurants where a pest problem is a reputation problem. The exact scope and the number of visits are written into the contract before you sign it.

We do not publish dilution rates or dosages online. The correct quantity depends on the approved product label and on what the inspector finds at your property, and your applicator will confirm both before any chemical is mixed.
