What this service actually involves

Grout lines go dark because they are porous: they absorb spills, soap scum and mineral deposits that mopping just spreads around. Tiles themselves dull under a film of detergent residue and hard-water scale. We clean tiled floors and walls with rotary scrubbing machines and the right cleaner for the tile, then treat the grout lines individually with a grout brush and appropriate cleaner, rinse and extract the dirty water, and dry the surface. Where grout is beyond cleaning we can regrout, and we offer grout sealing afterwards so the lines resist staining for years. Marble and natural stone need different handling and we will tell you honestly if a surface needs polishing rather than cleaning.

We do not publish dilution rates or dosages online. The correct quantity depends on the approved product label and on what the inspector finds at your property, and your applicator will confirm both before any chemical is mixed.
