Services for Warehouses & Factories
Rodent, stored-product and general pest control for warehouses, factories and cold stores, protecting stock and production without stopping operations.
How we work in warehouses & factories
In a warehouse or factory the pests attack the stock, the packaging and the building. Rodents chew cartons, cabling and insulation; stored-product insects breed in grain, flour, feed, textiles and paper; cockroaches follow canteens and drains; and termites move through pallets, wooden crates and racking into the structure itself. The constraints are scale, operating shifts and the goods themselves. We map the site, place rodent bait and trap stations along walls, docks and perimeter, treat harbourage in racking and drains, and fumigate stock or whole godowns where an infestation has taken hold — planned around shifts so production continues. Food, pharmaceutical and export-oriented sites get the documentation their customers and auditors expect: bait station maps, visit records and treatment logs.
What these properties usually need
The services that come up most in warehouses & factories, and where to start.
- Pest ControlRodents, stored-product insects and cockroaches damage stock, packaging and cabling and need a mapped, monitored programme.
- Fumigation & FoggingFumigation of stored goods or an entire godown is the only way to clear insects inside stacked stock.
- Termite ControlPallets, wooden crates, racking and the building's structure are all termite routes.
- Waterproofing & HeatproofingRoof seepage spoils stock and heatproofing keeps sheds workable in summer.
- Cleaning ServicesFloor scrubbing, canteen and washroom cleaning support hygiene standards and reduce pest food sources.
Questions from warehouses & factories
Can you treat without stopping production or shifts?
Yes. Perimeter, docks, stores and offices are treated around operating hours, and rodent stations are serviced during the day. Only a fumigation of stock or a closed godown needs the area sealed and empty, and that is scheduled with your operations team in advance.
Do you provide bait station maps and records for audits?
Yes. Sites on contract receive a site map with numbered stations, a record of each visit with activity found, and a treatment log. This is the documentation that customer audits and food or pharmaceutical standards typically require.
Can stored goods be fumigated in place?
In many cases, yes. Stacked goods can be sealed and fumigated under cover, or a whole godown can be fumigated with the doors and vents sealed. The area is aerated and cleared before staff re-enter, and we advise on which goods can and cannot be treated this way.
