What this service actually involves
Treating soil before the floor goes down costs a fraction of treating a finished house, and it is far more effective. We apply the chemical barrier at the standard construction stages, foundation trenches, backfill, and the full slab area before the floor is laid, so the entire footprint is protected before anything is built on top of it. Each stage is documented with photographs and a completion certificate for handover to the owner or buyer. Builders and developers across Punjab use us for this because the schedule is coordinated with the site engineer and the paperwork is ready when the buyer asks for it.
We do not publish dilution rates or dosages online. The correct quantity depends on the approved product label and on what the inspector finds at your property, and your applicator will confirm both before any chemical is mixed.

When should pre-construction treatment be done?
At three stages: foundation trenches before concrete, backfilled earth around the structure, and the full floor area before the slab is laid. Missing the pre-flooring stage is the most common and most costly mistake.
Is it really cheaper than treating later?
Considerably. Pre-construction treatment is priced per square foot and needs no drilling, no sealing and no disruption. Treating the same house after it is built costs several times more and can never be as complete.
What if construction is already past the foundation stage?
We can still treat the backfill and pre-flooring stages, which give most of the protection. If the floor is already laid, the property needs a post-construction treatment instead.
