Termites are the one pest that damages the structure itself, which is why termite work is a specialism rather than a spray. We treat the colony, not the symptom — with fipronil barriers injected into soil and masonry so foraging termites carry it back to the nest. Every full treatment is priced on site and followed up.
For houses with lawns and gardens we treat the outside perimeter as well as the inside floor junctions, because the colony lives in the soil, not in the furniture. For builders and owners of new houses and plazas, pre-construction soil treatment before the slab is the cheapest protection a building will ever get. For offices and commercial buildings we schedule after hours and document every visit.

How do I know if it is termites (deemak)?
Mud tubes on walls or the plinth, door frames that sound hollow when tapped, paint that bubbles near the skirting, and small translucent wings on window sills after rain. Send us a photo on WhatsApp and we will tell you honestly whether it looks like termites.
How much does termite treatment cost in Pakistan?
Full post-construction treatment for a typical home runs between Rs 18,000 and Rs 45,000 depending on covered area and how far the infestation has spread. Furniture-only treatment starts around Rs 6,000. Pre-construction soil treatment is priced per square foot. Inspection is free and the price is confirmed on the spot.
How long does a termite treatment last?
A properly injected fipronil barrier protects for years. Every full treatment includes a follow-up visit to confirm the barrier is doing its job.
Do I need to leave the house during treatment?
No. We work room by room, and each room is ready to use again once the drill holes are sealed and surfaces are dry. Most homes are finished in a single day.
