What this service actually involves
A honey bee hive under a balcony or a wasp nest in a ventilator is a real hazard, especially for children, elderly family members and anyone allergic to stings. Do not attempt to burn or spray it yourself; disturbed colonies attack. Our team arrives with protective suits and the right equipment, works at dusk or early morning when the colony is calm, and removes the hive or nest completely. Where a honey bee colony can be relocated we prefer that; where it cannot, or where the nest belongs to wasps or hornets, it is treated and removed. The site is then cleaned of comb and treated so a new colony is not attracted to the same spot.
We do not publish dilution rates or dosages online. The correct quantity depends on the approved product label and on what the inspector finds at your property, and your applicator will confirm both before any chemical is mixed.

What should we do until you arrive?
Keep everyone, especially children and pets, away from the area. Close nearby windows and do not throw anything at the nest or spray it. If someone is stung and has trouble breathing, treat it as an emergency and seek medical help immediately.
Do you kill the bees?
Honey bees are relocated wherever the hive is accessible and the colony is healthy. Wasps and hornets are not relocated. In every case we are honest about what is possible once we have seen the nest.
What affects the price?
The height and access of the nest, its size, and whether it is inside a wall cavity or roof void that needs opening. A small nest on a balcony ceiling is straightforward; a hive inside a cavity takes longer.
