What this service actually involves

Bed bugs are the hardest common pest to remove and the one where a half-done job fails. They hide in mattress seams, bed frames, headboards, sofa joints, behind skirting and inside picture frames, and their eggs survive most sprays. Our treatment combines a thorough inspection of every sleeping and sitting area, steam treatment of mattresses and upholstery, a residual application to frames, joints and cracks, and dust treatment of voids where spray cannot reach. Because eggs hatch over the following days, a second visit is built into every job. We will tell you honestly if bedding or a badly infested mattress should be replaced rather than treated.

We do not publish dilution rates or dosages online. The correct quantity depends on the approved product label and on what the inspector finds at your property, and your applicator will confirm both before any chemical is mixed.
