What this service actually involves

Sometimes you do not have one specific pest, you have a house that needs a reset: a new home before the furniture arrives, a property that has been shut for months, a kitchen after renovation, or a family home before a wedding. A general pest treatment covers cockroaches, ants, mosquitoes, flies, spiders and silverfish in one visit. We inspect every room, treat kitchens and bathrooms with gel and crack-and-crevice application, apply a residual spray to walls, skirting, stores and garages, and treat the outdoor perimeter and drains. You get a property that is clear of the usual pests and a written note of anything we saw that needs its own treatment, such as termites or rodents.

We do not publish dilution rates or dosages online. The correct quantity depends on the approved product label and on what the inspector finds at your property, and your applicator will confirm both before any chemical is mixed.
