What this service actually involves
If you can see mud tubes on your walls, hollow-sounding skirting, or damaged door frames, the colony is already established and a surface spray will not reach it. Our post-construction treatment injects a termiticide barrier into the soil beneath and around the structure through small drilled holes at the wall and floor junctions, so foraging termites carry the active ingredient back to the nest. The external perimeter is trenched and treated in the same visit. The work is done by trained applicators, every hole is sealed neatly, the property is safe to occupy the same day, and every treatment includes a free follow-up visit.
We do not publish dilution rates or dosages online. The correct quantity depends on the approved product label and on what the inspector finds at your property, and your applicator will confirm both before any chemical is mixed.

Do we need to leave the house during treatment?
No. The product is low-odour and applied into the soil and masonry, not sprayed into the air. Most families stay home. We do ask that children and pets stay out of the specific rooms being drilled until the work there is finished.
How long does the treatment last?
A correctly applied soil barrier protects for several years. We back our full treatment with a follow-up visit: A follow-up visit after treatment confirms the result.
Will the drilling damage my floor?
Holes are small, drilled at the wall-floor junction where they are least visible, and sealed after injection. On tiled floors we drill through grout lines wherever possible.
