What this service actually involves

Most pests enter through gaps you have stopped noticing: the space under the kitchen door, the hole where the AC pipe passes through the wall, the cracked silicone around the sink, the open joint between skirting and tile. The same gaps let in dust, let water seep under tiles and behind sinks, and let cooled air out. Our gap-sealing service inspects the property for these openings and fills each with the right material, silicone around wet areas and glass, acrylic sealant on paintable joints, expanding foam and mesh for pipe entries, and brush strips or sweeps under doors. It is a low-cost job that makes every pest treatment last longer and is often done in the same visit.

We do not publish dilution rates or dosages online. The correct quantity depends on the approved product label and on what the inspector finds at your property, and your applicator will confirm both before any chemical is mixed.
