What this service actually involves

Rats chew wiring, contaminate stores and bring fleas and disease into the house. Droppings in the kitchen, gnawed packaging, scratching in the ceiling at night and a musty smell in a store room are the usual signs. We inspect to find the runs, entry points and nesting areas, then set tamper-resistant bait stations and traps along those runs. Just as important, we show you the gaps they are using, such as under doors, around pipes and through open drains, and seal the ones we can. Follow-up visits check the stations, remove any carcasses, and confirm activity has stopped. For food businesses we document every station for audit.

We do not publish dilution rates or dosages online. The correct quantity depends on the approved product label and on what the inspector finds at your property, and your applicator will confirm both before any chemical is mixed.
