What this service actually involves
Damp patches on the ceiling, paint that bubbles after rain, a musty smell in the top-floor rooms and hairline cracks in the roof slab all point to water getting into the roof. Patching the ceiling does nothing; the roof surface has to be sealed. We prepare the roof by cleaning it thoroughly, opening and filling cracks, repairing failed screed and rebuilding the slope to drains where water is pooling. Then a liquid waterproofing system is applied in multiple coats, with reinforcing fabric at cracks, joints, parapets and around outlets, to form a seamless membrane. Work is scheduled in dry weather and the roof is tested with a water pond before we sign it off. The price and scope are confirmed before any work begins.
We do not publish dilution rates or dosages online. The correct quantity depends on the approved product label and on what the inspector finds at your property, and your applicator will confirm both before any chemical is mixed.

What decides the cost?
The roof area, how much repair the surface needs before coating, the number of parapets, outlets and pipes to detail, and the coating system chosen. We measure and inspect before giving a fixed per-square-foot price.
Can it be done in the monsoon?
The surface has to be dry for the coating to bond, so we schedule around dry days and cover work if a shower arrives. The best time is before the rains, when the roof is dry and the leaks from last year are known.
Can we walk on the roof afterwards?
Yes for normal foot traffic once fully cured, typically a few days. Heavy fixtures, water tanks and AC units should sit on pads rather than directly on the coating, and we detail around any that are already there.
