What this service actually involves
Commercial premises collect pests in ways homes do not: stock on pallets, suspended ceilings, cable trunking, staff kitchens and loading bays. A warehouse with a stored-product insect problem, an office with cockroaches in the pantry, a store before a seasonal restock or a school before term all need a treatment that covers the whole space quickly and leaves a paper trail. We survey the site, agree a written scope, and treat outside working hours using misting and fogging equipment sized for large volumes, combined with targeted treatment of kitchens, washrooms and waste areas. Every visit is logged with the areas covered and the materials used for your audit file.
We do not publish dilution rates or dosages online. The correct quantity depends on the approved product label and on what the inspector finds at your property, and your applicator will confirm both before any chemical is mixed.

How long before staff can return?
For most offices and stores, treatment done overnight leaves the premises ready for the morning after ventilation. We confirm the re-entry time in the scope and can adjust the method for sites that operate around the clock.
Can you fumigate a warehouse with stock inside?
Yes, for general pests. Stock should be covered or spaced off the walls where possible, and food or pharmaceutical stock needs specific handling that we agree in the scope. Stored-grain fumigation is a different, specialist service.
Do you provide documentation for audits?
Yes. Every visit is documented with the areas covered and the materials used, and material safety data is kept on file. This satisfies the requirements of most food safety, hospitality and institutional audits.
