Residential
Services for Hostels & PG Accommodation
Bed bug, cockroach and rodent control for hostels and paying-guest accommodation with high turnover and shared kitchens — scheduled to avoid disrupting residents.
How we work in hostels & pg accommodation
Hostels and PG accommodation combine everything pests like: many people in shared rooms, luggage arriving from many cities, communal kitchens and mess halls, and stored bedding. Bed bugs are the pest hostel managers dread most, because one resident's bag can seed a whole floor. Cockroaches and rodents follow the kitchens and garbage areas. Rooms are rarely empty, so we work floor by floor, treating rooms while residents are at classes or work, with low-odour products and clear instructions on when beds can be used again. Mess kitchens are treated outside meal times with food and utensils covered. We provide service records that management can show to residents and parents.

Questions from hostels & pg accommodation
How do you treat a hostel without moving residents out?
We plan the work in blocks — a floor or wing at a time — during hours when rooms are empty, typically class or office hours. Residents are told which rooms are being treated and when they can return, and beds are usable the same evening for a standard treatment.
A resident has brought bed bugs in. How do we stop them spreading?
Act on the affected room and the rooms on either side immediately, and isolate the luggage and bedding involved. We treat the beds, frames, cupboards and wall cracks, then return for a follow-up. We also give management a short checklist for new arrivals that reduces the chance of a repeat.
Can we set up a monthly contract with records?
Yes. Most hostels we serve are on a monthly or fortnightly schedule covering rooms, kitchens, mess halls and stores, with additional visits during semester changes. Each visit is recorded, and the records help when residents or parents ask what has been done.
