Termite Inspection in Pakistan: What We Check, What You Get and Why It Is Free

Before any treatment, before buying a house, and once a year on any property with timber or a lawn, a termite inspection tells you what is actually going on. Ours is free, takes under two hours and ends with a written note of what we found.

Property buyers in Lahore and Islamabad increasingly book one before signing, and it has saved several of them from a renovation bill they did not expect.

Why it happens in Pakistani homes and buildings

Termite damage is hidden until it is advanced. An inspection finds mud tubes, hollow timber, moisture problems and entry points early, when treatment is simpler and cheaper. It also tells you honestly when there is nothing to treat.

Signs you need termite inspection & report

• You are buying or renting a property
• You have seen a mud tube, wings or hollow wood
• The house has a lawn, timber floors or is more than ten years old
• It has been more than a year since the last check

What does termite inspection & report cost in Pakistan?

Termite Inspection & Report is priced on site after a free inspection. Inspection is free. If treatment is needed, the fixed price follows the inspection; if it is not, we say so. There is no call-out charge, and the price we agree is the price you pay.

How to keep the problem from coming back

• Clear access to skirting, door frames and store rooms before the visit
• Point out any past treatment and where damage was seen
• Keep the treatment date and treated areas with the house papers
• Book the next inspection a year ahead

Frequently asked questions

Is the inspection really free?

Yes, for homeowners in Lahore who are considering treatment. There is no obligation to book anything afterwards. A formal written pre-purchase report takes longer to prepare and is quoted separately.

How often should a house be inspected?

Once a year is sensible in Lahore, ideally in spring when swarmers appear. Homes with a previous infestation, timber floors or a garden touching the walls should not skip it.

What should I look for before calling?

Mud tubes on walls or foundations, paint that bubbles or sounds hollow when tapped, doors that suddenly stick, small piles of what looks like sawdust, and discarded wings near windows in spring. Any one of these is worth a call.
